Michael manages the technical support function for our students and ensures the successful delivery of all of our online learning courses. He is also responsible for the administration of the eLearning & content management systems. Michael manages our learning portal & plays an important role in developing and publishing our courses. He is also responsible for developing processes and encouraging continuous process improvement for e-learning solutions, platform, and IT infrastructure.
